Matej is an excelent yoga teacher with deeply experienced master skills visible in his own practice.
His teaching intertwines the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of yoga and shamanism into a
cohesive classes that engage both the mind and body with conection to everyday life.

Dedicated spiritual warrior  focused on moral, ecological and positive lifestyle issues giving other people
example of possibility to live simple, happy, peacefull and fullfiled life without damage of others, environment
or other unnecessary harming.

I especially appreciate progresive ideas gained and experienced around the world he is bringing
to our home country Slovakia. I wish it were more men with such strong will, courage and on the other hand
with gentle personality like Matej walking on our Mother Earth.

Oh..and one more thing...I loved listening him playing on various beautiful instruments from flute to drum and many to me unknown sounds melting my heart and giving tears to my eyes.
